All items sold are authentic vintage or pre-owned designer pieces. As vintage items, they may show signs of age, wear, or minor imperfections which are inherent to their character and history.

We describe each item honestly and provide detailed photographs. We strongly encourage you to review all descriptions and images carefully before purchase.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept:

• That reasonable signs of wear are expected and acceptable

• That all sales are final unless items are faulty or significantly misdescribed

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Insured services.

• International shipping costs vary by destination and item specifications

• Buyer Responsibility: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by their country

• We cannot control or predict these additional costs

Insurance & Liability

All shipments are fully insured and carefully packaged. Once handed to Royal Mail, parcels are beyond our direct control. We are not affiliated with Royal Mail and cannot guarantee specific delivery times or outcomes.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your Rights

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility Requirements

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Original packaging and tags must be intact

• Proof of purchase required

• Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility (unless item is faulty/misdescribed)

Important: We recommend using tracked postal services for returns, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from our description, please contact us within 48 hours with:

• Clear photographs of damage (item and packaging)

• Copy of tracking details

• Your order number

We will investigate and work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect returned items, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or misdescribed.
